    Children arrivingLife Stress Management
logo

This Support Group is for expectant parents, and parents of infants (1 year and under). The group will be a safe place to learn about infant sleep (what's normal and appropriate) with the goal of helping everyone in your family get more sleep during this challenging first year.

A typical one-hour sleep education call can start at $100.

This is a parent/caregiver support group which will-

  • Provide weekly sleep education content that is evidence-based and developmentally appropriate
  • Provide on-going support as your child grows
  • A community of parents to support each other, and can provide suggestions/recommendations (or at the very least, camaraderie)

Daniela will provide weekly education for the group and host 2 live video meets each month.

I'm a mom of two (a 5 yo and a 1 yo), a Registered Nurse by trade, and an advocate for maternal wellness and responsive parenting. I decided to become a pediatric sleep coach after struggling with both of my children's sleep and not finding enough evidence-based and attachment-based strategies to help us along. My coaching approach is deeply rooted in respectful and responsive parenting principles. One of the core parts of my work involves resetting expectations of what "normal infant sleep" is and normalizing child sleep patterns. Another core focus of my work involves the concept of self-care and its importance in self-regulation and co-regulation. I encourage my clients to prioritize filling their cup, so they can then be present and responsive parents to their children. Most importantly, my goal as a sleep coach is to support caregivers in establishing routines and patterns to help improve sleep for their child, and their whole family.
