Mental Fitness Gym
DESCRIPTION

Life pulls at your nervous system all day long.
Your phone. Your job. Your relationships. Your past. Your future.
And staying “okay” takes more than a deep breath and a positive affirmation.
Just like your muscles need movement to stay strong, your nervous system needs consistent care to stay regulated.
That’s where Mental Fitness Gym comes in.
Want a calm, focused, resilient nervous system?
Want a mind that doesn’t spiral into anxiety every time life throws you a curveball?
Want to become someone who feels grounded, alert, and emotionally balanced?
Then train for it.
The truth is: mental health doesn’t just happen automatically. It’s something we have to train and maintain with consistent embodied practices that are enjoyable and actually work.
This group is a space for that kind of training.
We meet once a month online. Each session is designed to help you tune in, reset, and build emotional and mental resilience over time. You’ll learn real tools. You’ll practice them. And you’ll have the option to share space with others doing the same.
We work with:
All levels of experience are welcome. This is an open space for showing up exactly as you are and practicing from there.
Mental Fitness Gym is about building capacity methodically, consistently, and skillfully.
So if your inner world could use some tending, you’re more than welcome here!
1. Confidentiality matters.
What’s shared here stays here. This group only works if people feel safe to be honest and real.
2. Come as you are.
You don’t have to be in a perfect mood or a particular “vibe.” Your presence—exactly as you are—is welcome.
3. Participation is optional, presence is everything.
You’re always invited to speak, share, and move—but never required. Listening, breathing, and simply being here are more than enough.
4. Respect the space.
Speak from your own experience. Avoid offering unsolicited advice. No interrupting. This is a space for self-responsibility, not fixing others.
5. Tend to your own experience.
If something lands deeply, brings up emotion, or feels intense—pause. Breathe. You can step away, turn off your camera, or ground yourself however you need.
6. Be on time.
We start promptly. If you’re a few minutes late, please come in quietly and take a moment to land before jumping in.
7. Materials you'll want to bring:
8. Tech setup:
Try to log in a few minutes early to make sure everything works. Keep your camera on if you're comfortable—being able to see each other adds to the connection. That said, you’re always welcome to turn it off when needed.
9. No judgment, no performance.
You don’t need to impress anyone here. There’s no “right way” to do this. Show up human. That’s the point.
