DESCRIPTION
This Support Group is for expectant parents, and parents of infants (1 year and under). The group will be a safe place to learn about infant sleep (what's normal and appropriate) with the goal of helping everyone in your family get more sleep during this challenging first year.
This is a parent/caregiver support group which will-
- Provide weekly sleep education content that is evidence-based and developmentally appropriate
- Provide on-going support as your child grows, for as long as you wish to join
- A community of parents to support each other, and can provide suggestions/recommendations (or at the very least, camaraderie)
A typical one-hour sleep education call can start at $100, making this group more supportive than most 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Daniela will provide weekly education for the group, via discussion and host 2 live video meets each month.
