Family Addiction Support Group
DESCRIPTION

You’ve begged, pleaded, reasoned, and worried yourself sick.
You’ve tried everything you know to help your loved one stop using, yet nothing seems to work. If you’re feeling powerless, overwhelmed, or unsure how to help without enabling, you’re not alone.
This support group is grounded in the CRAFT model (Community Reinforcement and Family Training), a clinically proven method to help family members reduce their loved one’s substance use and guide them toward treatment… even if they’re not ready.
Whether you’re a parent, partner, sibling, or close friend, this group is designed for you.
To ensure this space remains safe, respectful, and supportive for everyone, we ask that all group members agree to the following:
What’s shared in this group stays in this group. Please respect the privacy of others and do not share screenshots, stories, or names outside of this space.
Use “I” statements when sharing. We’re here to support—not to fix or advise unless explicitly asked.
Addiction and family dynamics are complex. This is a space of compassion, not criticism.
It’s okay to vent, but please avoid degrading language about your loved one. This is a space for healing, not hostility.
This is a therapeutic support group, not a marketing platform or coaching container.
Stay on topic during live calls and participate at your comfort level. You are welcome to simply listen—there is no pressure to share.
If you're in crisis, please contact a local mental health provider or emergency services. While we offer support, this group is not a substitute for urgent care.
