Through her own struggle with Codependency and toxic relationships, Meredith found her calling. Now in her 40s, Meredith has spent the last two years focusing on healing from her own lifelong battle with Codependency, and understands the pain and trauma involved with breaking traum bonds, as well as the importance of support from others who understand this very personal and unique emotional experience. Currently, a full-time crisis counselor as well as a facilitator for a narcissistic abuse support group, Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and has completed training and received certifications in life coaching and understanding personally disorders.
