Autistic Women Connection
DESCRIPTION

About the Group:
This space is for autistic women (and AFAB folks who identify with that experience) to connect, reflect, and feel understood. Life as an autistic woman often means navigating invisibility, burnout, masking, and identity in a way that is not often understood. And doing it while holding everyone else together. This group offers a slower, kinder place to land.
What We Talk About:
What You’ll Gain:
You’ll find validation, shared language, and practical ways to care for yourself in a world that often misunderstands you. Expect conversation, community, and a little relief , the kind that comes from realizing you’re with people who understand you.
1. This is a neurodivergent-affirming space.
We honor autistic perspectives, sensory needs, communication styles, and emotional rhythms. You don’t need to mask or explain yourself here.
2. We move at a sustainable pace.
This group values rest, reflection, and real life over constant participation. Show up when you can, take space when you need. You still belong.
3. Sharing is optional. Listening counts.
Whether you want to speak, type, or quietly observe, your presence matters. There’s no pressure to perform vulnerability.
4. We lead with respect and curiosity.
We hold space for difference — in identity, opinion, and lived experience.
5. Confidentiality is sacred.
What’s shared here stays here. This is a private group meant for trust and safety.
6. We practice care over perfection.
It’s okay to be awkward, emotional, or uncertain. We’re all figuring things out — together, gently, and without judgment.
