In this group, we will explore:


1. Understanding Misunderstood Introverts: We'll explore why introverts may feel misunderstood and the societal factors contributing to these perceptions.


2. The Importance of Embracing Your Introversion: Discover why being true to yourself and embracing your introverted qualities is crucial for personal well-being and success.


3. Positive Self-Talk for Introverts: Learn practical strategies for cultivating positive self-talk to boost confidence and navigate social situations more comfortably.


4. Recognizing Red and Green Flags in Your Introverted Self-Talk: Understand common patterns of thought that might hinder your self-esteem and identify empowering thoughts that can elevate your confidence.


5. Communication Skills for Introverts: Explore techniques for expressing yourself confidently in various social settings, whether at work, in relationships, or within your community.


Q&A Sessions:

Each session will reserve 20-30 minutes for a Q&A, allowing you to ask specific questions related to your experiences as an introvert.


Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines: 1. Respect and Civility: Treat fellow members with respect and civility, fostering a safe environment for sharing experiences and insights. 2. No Tolerance for Harassment: There will be no tolerance for any form of harassment, including personal remarks, bullying, discrimination, or offensive comments. 3. One Chance Policy: Members violating the rules will be given one chance. The violator will be removed from the group if regulations are violated again. 4. Use Trigger Warnings: Begin posts with *Trigger Warning* if the content may be potentially upsetting to other members. 5. Tag Support: Tag the Support Group Leader in threads needing expert guidance to ensure members receive appropriate advice. Remember, this is your space to grow, learn, and support one another.
